Booking Conditions

Reservation and Cancellation conditions:

All reservations are booked upon receipt of a deposit or credit/debit card number, expiration date and CSC (Card Security Code).
Late cancellations, less than 48hrs before 6pm on the day of arrival, or failure to check-in, will result in a charge to the credit/debit card equivalent to the fee for a 1 night stay for each room reserved.
During high season, a deposit equal to the fee of 1 night stay will be charged to the credit/debit card. If a reservation is cancelled 8 days prior to scheduled arrival, and the room(s) can be re-booked, the deposit will be kept, but can be deducted from a new reservation at regular pricing (Valid within one year of original reservation).


Rooms are accessible from 1pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure.
Check-in is normally conducted between 1pm and 6pm; if arriving later, the reception must be informed at the earliest opportunity.
The restaurant welcomes diners between 7pm and 8pm for those on half board or other deals and between 7pm and 8:30pm for customers dining a la carte.
Reservation for the restaurant is recommended to guarantee a table.
